The Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation (ABC) has launched, and it is the most-awaited as well as the best Scheme for Education (BSE) for the academic year 2020. 

The AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme aims to implement in the Andhra Pradesh state to motivate Brahmin students of Andhra Pradesh to maintain their education. This scheme is mainly launched to help the poor students who belong to the economically weaker section. This scheme provided financial assistance and reduced the financial burden of education.

The Advantages

There are a lot of advantages of the AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme, especially for the economically backward people of the Brahmin community. This scheme is currently providing benefits to 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh state. These districts cover all the people of the Brahmin community who are below the poverty line and do not have access to education. The students can take the benefit of this scheme from class 1st to the students of class 12th.

The Benefits of AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme

The AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme of 2020 is providing a lot of benefits related to education to the Brahmin community. The students of class 1 to class 12 are taking the benefits of this scheme. This scheme is also giving many benefits to those students who are pursuing any professional course as well as just simple post-graduation courses. All the benefits provided under the AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme are explained below:

  • The students of class 1st to class 5th will be rewarded with the Rupees, 5000.
  • The students of class 6th to class 12th will be rewarded with the Rupees, 7000.
  • The students who are doing ITI, Polytechnic, Ded, TTC, D Pharmacy, or any equivalent degree will be rewarded with the amount of Rupees 10000.
  • The students who are pursuing any general degree be rewarded with the amount of Rupees 15000.
  • The students who are pursuing any professional course for more than 4 years will get the reward of Rupees 20000 as a scholarship amount.
  • The students of CA as an intermediate or final, will be rewarded with the amount of Rupees 20000.
  • The students who are pursuing any Postgraduate course of more than 2 years will be rewarded with Rupees 10000 as an amount of scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

To get the benefits of the Andhra Pradesh Bharathi Scheme, the candidates have to fulfil the eligibility criteria. All the details about eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

  • To get the benefit of AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme the candidate as well as his/her family must be resident of Andhra Pradesh state as well as belong to the Brahmin community.
  • The candidates must be enrolled under the Praja Sadhikara Survey (PSS).
  • The annual income of the family must be not greater than Rs.3, 00,000/-.
  • The student must be pursuing a regular course in any school, college as well as in university in the Academic year 2019-20.
  • The students must have cleared all the exams for the last year of study.
  • The candidate must not be taking the benefits of any other government scheme to get the benefit of this scheme.

AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme for Overseas Studies

The AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme will also provide financial support to those Brahmin students who want to pursue a master’s degree from outside India. The main motive of this scheme is to motivate students for pursuing Overseas Education.

Eligibility Criteria for Overseas Education Scheme

  • To get the benefit of AP Brahmin Bharathi Scheme the candidate as well as his/her family must be resident of Andhra Pradesh state as well as belong to the Brahmin community.
  • The annual income of the family must be not greater than Rs. 6,00,000/-.
  • The candidate must be got admission in a reputed overseas institution in any masters’ degree at least for one year.
  • The candidate is not allowed to get any other scholarship for the same purpose.

  • Caste certificate of the candidate
  • Income certificate issued by MeeSeva to give prove annual income
  • SSC as well as certificates of Qualifying Degree

  • Latest Passport size photograph of the applicant
  • Proof of admission as well as fees paid

Online Registration

Step 1:

  • At first, the candidate has to find the link on that page to apply for the Bharathi scheme. (Please note that the registration is closed as of now.)
  • After that, the candidate has to provide all the required information.
  • After visiting the homepage of the official website, you will see the Registration Option.
  • Now you have to click on the option, and the AP Brahmin Bharathi Registration Form will appear on your screen.
  • Now enter your 12 Digit Aadhaar Number as well as verify the process by the OTP sent on your registered mobile number.

Step 2:

  • Now when you enter OTP, your details will be successfully verified and now you have to fill contact Information in the Second Step of Apply Online.

Step 3:

  • Now the candidates have to choose the type of the scheme as well as Name of Class and Name of Scheme.
  • After that upload, an education qualification certificate as well as provides Bank Account Passbook Soft Copy.

Step 4:

  • Now the candidates have to fill all the details about their Education Qualification like Education Name, Year, Roll Number, Institute Name, Address, etc.

Documents Needed to Fill the Application Form

The list of documents required to complete the registration process are explained below:

  • The candidates have to provide Aadhaar Card details as well as address in Andhra Pradesh state.
  • The candidates have to submit a white Ration Card, Income Certificate Number that is issued by Mee Seva.
  • A scanned copy of the Study Certificate from School, College, Institute as well as University for the academic Year 2019-20.

How to Download the Acknowledgement Slip?

  • To download the acknowledgement slip, the candidates have to visit the official website of the Brahmin Welfare Corporation.
  • After visiting the official website, you have to click on the services button and then select schemes from there.
  • Now from the opened page go to the Bharathi scheme and then select acknowledgement slip.
  • Now the candidates have to enter Aadhaar number as well as select scheme name.
  • After that, click on submit and acknowledgement slip will appear on the screen and you can download it.

How to Rescan and Upload the Documents?

  • The candidates have to visit the official website of the Brahmin Welfare Corporation To get enrolled under the scheme.
  • After visiting the homepage of the official website, the candidates have to click on the services button and then select schemes option from there.
  • Now from the opened page move to the Bharathi scheme and then select re-scan and upload.
  • Now the students have to enter the beneficiary ID as well as then click on the submit option.
  • Now upload all the documents and click on the save button to save the information.

Rescaning and uploading Documents for Overseas

  • The candidates have to visit the official website of the Brahmin Welfare Corporation To get enrolled under the scheme.
  • After visiting the homepage of the official website, the candidates have to click on the services button and then select schemes option from there.
  • Now from the opened page, go to the Bharathi scheme and then select re-scan & upload for overseas.
  • Now the candidates have to select the current financial year, REF. No. and Mobile No.
  • Now enter the REF. No. or Mobile No. as well as the date of birth.
  • Now click on the Fetch option.
  • Now upload all the documents and click on the save button to save the information.
