DDA Housing Scheme 2021 {Delhi Development Authority Housing Scheme}

The Delhi Development Authority or popularly known as DDA always offers the most amazing housing scheme each year to provide flats to buyers who are looking for homes in Delhi-NCR. And presently, the Delhi Development Authority is super ready to venture into lavish residential houses in Sector-19B of Southwest Delhi’s Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Rohini sector-34, Kalkaji In South Delhi. This is the first time, through this scheme they are offering eleven residential towers with  1,114 flats, comprising 14 penthouses, 168 super HIG flats and 932 HIG flats.

According to DDA's official, DDA’s housing scheme for 2020 will be revealed in May 2020. This year they will provide around 5,000 flats as compared to 17,922 offered last year. Plus, they will be offering Super HIG Flats, which will consist of three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and servant quarters in Dwarka Sector-19B. Along with the flats of Dwarka, DDA will also be having around 400 HIG & MIG flats in Jasola, Flats will also be offered in Narela and Rohini. 

This year they will build a total number of 1,114 no of luxury flats to launch in the complex. There is going to be a number of 14 penthouses, 168 Super HIG flats, 932 HIG flats, 11 no. of residential towers under DDA Housing Scheme 2020. And along with that, the seven towers will have two penthouses each.

Registration Charge

The registration for the DDA housing scheme will resume in March 2020. The charges for registration of HIG flats will be INR 2 lakhs, and for the penthouses, it might go even higher. However, the registration fee is refundable if any one does not want the flats, they will be fully refunded.

Draw Date

Every year a DDA authority announces a Drew Date for this scheme. This year the draw date has been decided and the authority will announce the official date probably in June or July 2021.

Eligibility Criteria

Any resident of India, who is of 18 years and older than that can easily apply for the DDA housing scheme. But, if you have applied and own a property through this scheme before then you are unable to avail this scheme. 

Application Procedure

The individuals applying for this scheme should follow these procedures:

1. You will need to visit the official website of DDA

2. You will need to click the "Online Application Form" option.

3. Now, in the new page, you will need to click on "Go to Login and Registration" button.

4. Now, the login form will appear, on which you will need to click the "Register" option.

5. Once you fill the registration form, you will receive the user ID and password via email on their registered email id.

6. After getting the login details, the applicants can log in to their user account.

7. Right after logging in, individuals can acquire the form for DDA. They are supposed to fill the form and upload personal photographs and signatures along with it.

8. After filling the form, candidates are required to pay the registration fees via any of the online methods.

9. Download the acknowledgment slip and it should be printed and saved safely.

According to the new offers you can now choose the choice of your locality, however the floor choice is decided through computer draw so that is not in anyone’s hands. But, people with disabilities will be granted ground floor after checking the reservation certificate.

Delhi Development Authority will announce the winners list on their official website. Plus, it will also be out on the Notice Board of DDA at ‘D’ Block, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023. And all the leading newspapers publish it as well.

Q. When will I get my application money refunded if I did not win the lottery?

If any applicant does not win the lottery, then the whole registration amount will be refunded to them. The registration amount’s refund will reflect in the bank account within 15 days and is made within 15 days to after the draw of lots.

Q. When will be the scheme launched?

The scheme will be launched in june or july 2020.

Q. Can I purchase another property even if I already own  one?

If you bought that property through this scheme once then you are not allowed to register for this scheme again.
