Kanya Sumangala Yojana is a quantitative benefit scheme in Uttar Pradesh that focuses on girls' advancement. This scheme provides financial assistance to the caregivers for the advancement of two girls from a single house while considering the prevailing social woes.

The following are the eligibility requirements for the Kanya Sumangala Yojana:
- Uttar Pradesh permanent resident
- The scheme is only applicable to two daughters in a household.
- Within six months of the birth of the girl child, can open accounts.
- The family's annual income must not be more than Rs.3 lakh.
- Adoptive families with a girl child are also considered for the program.
- If a family has twin girls, the third girl child will register as well.

How can you create an account?
- Kanya Sumangala Yojana registrations have now been approved and can create accounts online at the official web page of the Chief Minister. To register your daughter in the program, follow the instructions.
- Go to the official website of Kanya Sumangala Yojana. https://mksy.up.gov.in/
- Now, in the Citizen's Service Portal, tap on "Apply Here."
- Established users can sign in by entering their Login ID and Password and clicking the 'Sign In' button. If you're a first-time user, read the terms and conditions before clicking "I Agree" (on the redirected page) to register.
- To check your registration, fill out the registration form and press the 'Send OTP' button.
- You must verify on the next page by entering the OTP obtained on the given mobile number.
- Then, using your ID and password, log in to the website.
- Now, complete the Kanya Sumangala Yojana registration form with all necessary information and submit it.
