The government will not forgive agricultural implement loans.
Those farmers' debts will not be forgiven who has a land area of more than two acres.
Only cooperative banks will have their debts forgiven. Farmers who default on their national bank loans, on the other hand, would be eligible for a loan waiver of up to Rs 2 lakh.
Farmers will be chosen based on their eligibility, and their harvest will be counted on November 31, 2018.
