What is Not Covered?

In this schedule, all kinds of medical care facilities are acceptable which shall be provided except for certain processes like hernia, abdominal hysterectomy, appendectomy, discectomy, or cholecystectomy to name some. They would be performed only at the government medical colleges or hospitals
