Background

The scheme will provide technical skills to the students, along with all the necessary education regarding their trade. The students will be trained in the organization. They will receive both practical and theoretical knowledge. However, the trainers will decide if the students are ready for a full-time job or not. The organization or the employer will give half of the whole stipend amount to the trainees, which means the Government will pay the other half. In short, both the Government and the Organisation will pay the stipend amount to the qualified students.

The students will learn various skills related to their trade along with work ethics, culture, organizational behaviour and everything about working in a company. Any student who is older than 16 years can apply for this scheme.
