3. After this, you will be asked some details like how your health care centre is, which state, district, as well as block it belongs to.
4. After filling this information, you will get another page where you have to fill some more details about your health care centre.
5. After filling these details, you have to click on the 'Continue' button.

- When the registration process gets completed, they have to wait for the approval from their respective district officer. The officer will check all the details and verify. After the matching of entire criteria, he will confirm authorization for your health care centre.
- You will get information about this confirmation through SMS on the registered mobile number.
- When you get a confirmation message, it means approval of your health care centre is completed.
- After this, you are allowed to start the task of getting the data of TB patients.
Notification Process after Patient's Registration
- After the registration process, all the eligible patients have to visit the TB treatment centre and provide all their information, which will further be stored in their database.
- After this, the information will be matched, the information of the patients saved, and the information that patients gave. If both the information is correct, the health care centres inform the concerned patient about it.
- When all the formalities of this scheme get completed, then you are eligible to get financial support from the government for the treatment of your TB disease as well as for a nutritious diet.
