Paramarsh scheme {परामर्श योजना}

The Paramarsh scheme was launched by Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, the Minister of Human Resource Development. Paramarsh scheme is the mentor NAAC Accreditation aspirant institutions to enhance quality education. It will be the ideal shift in the concept of guider of institutions by another high performing institution to promote their academic performance. It let them get certified by emphasizing areas such as circular aspects, learning-teaching-learning, research, evaluation, innovation, and practices. This scheme will target 1000 higher education institutions for mentoring emphasis on quality as enumerated in the UGC "quality mandate".

Objectives

The main objective of the Paramarsh scheme is to upgrade the Indian higher education in the world. This scheme will result in the improvement of the education's quality and the profile of mentee because of the improvement of research, learning methods and teaching.

As it is the main aim of the scheme is to improve the quality of institutions, top institutions will mentor five NAAC for the evaluation of quality certification and accreditation.

The main purpose of launching this scheme is to increase the quality of higher education in India in the world. This can be achieved by improving the quality and to make it better.

Under this scheme, the higher schools which are unable to meet their quality standard, can get guidance from the best universities and colleges in the country.

Their goal is to set the supervision of nearly 10,000 higher education institutions.

Phase system

In the first phase of the scheme, there will be about 71 universities, and 391 colleges will play the role of mentors. All colleges and universities have five schools in which they provide instructions.

With the Paramarsh scheme, they will be able to attain recognition by emphasizing the areas of research, innovation, instruction and assessment, curriculum, and institutional practices.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The government provides official information about this scheme in GDP. The eligibility may also be applied to UPSC.
  • Institutions should be Indian; if any of the institutions from outside India will not be involved in this plan.
  • All universities and colleges must teach control for the NAAC search.
  • There must be an educational institution, whether government or private institution.

  • To get this scheme, the schools have to make key documents that investigate their position in the country.
  • Then, documents that show the type of institutions required to be made before the authority.
  • A detailed report of the investigation will be performed to analyze the mode of education.
  • The institution needs to submit their reports about their teaching method, facilities of the authority, and the number of students.
