PMAY 2021 new list

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana scheme has the cost which is shared by the state and central government with the Ration of 90:10 in the hilly areas and 60:40 in the plain areas.   • Houseless families or families living in kutcha houses with zero, one, or two rooms.

  • Households without a literate adult with a minimum age of 25 years.

  • Households without any bodily-abled member.

  • Families belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and other Minority categories.

  • Individuals with a Kisan Credit Card with a limit of RS 50,000 or more.

  • Families that do not own any motorized vehicle, agriculture equipment, or fishing boat.

  • Households without a government employee or individuals earning RS 10,000 or more.

  • Individuals who do not pay any professional tax, including income tax

  • Families belonging to Low Income Group or LIG (income up to ₹ 6 Lakh)

How to Check Name in PMAY 2021 New List?

 As stated earlier, the PMAY list consists of two segments for the components which are Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Rural or Gramin. Both these segments can be accessed using the official website of the PMAY even if the applicants are needed to follow some steps to check two segments of the list.

Features under PM Awas Yojana Rural Scheme

Those who don’t know what all features are in this scheme because of which it gained popularity, here are few things to know:

  • To find the beneficiaries who are deserving, the selection is made with the Caste Census as the parameter of socio-economic and not the list of BPLs.

  • The unit assistance in this scheme is shared by the central and state government in those who are in hilly and plain areas.

  • The union territories that also include the Ladakh UT can get complete financial guidance from the central. But the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir can get the financial assistance which shall be shared at the ratio of 90:10 from the Central and State Government.

  • The basic amenities like toilet construction shall also be covered in this for which the beneficiary shall get financial assistance of up to RS 12,000 from the Swachh Bharat Mission - Gramin.

  • The beneficiary shall also get the payment under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Gramin Scheme that would be sent either to the bank account or the post office which is linked to the Aadhar directly

There are some documents that are expected to be submitted for being a part of this scheme. This includes:

  • MGNREGA-registered beneficiary job card number

  • Swachh Bharat Mission number of the applicant

  • Bank account details of the applicant

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Salary Certificate and proof of income

  • Ethnic Group Certificate

  • NOC from a housing society

  • An affidavit stating the applicant owns a pucca house.

  • Firstly, visit the official website of PMAY- Gramin https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx

  • You can then see the option Stakeholder’ on which you have to click

  • Choose the IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’ from the drop-down menu

  • Click on the ‘Stakeholder’ option

  • Select ‘IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’ from the drop-down menu.

  • For checking the list with registration number enter your registration number and click on ‘Submit.

  • For checking the list without a registration number Click on ‘Advanced Search’ and click on ‘Search’
