Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana is launched by the Government of Rajasthan for the jobless youths of the state. Under this scheme, the government will provide financial support to the youths who are graduate and unemployed. The main motive of this scheme is to provide more job opportunities for the youths in the various sector of the state government. Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana was launched under the Congress party for the unemployed youths of the state. This scheme will provide an amount of Rs 3,500 per month to unemployed youths. There are some eligibility criteria for the registration process which the candidates have to fulfill to take the benefit of this scheme.
Benefits of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana
The benefits provided under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana are mentioned below:
- The applicant who is eligible for the benefit will be provided an amount in which INR 3500 to women as well as INR 3,000 for men.
- Under this scheme, the applicant will also able to take training for a job in their preferred department to improve their skills.
- The amount that will provide by the government will directly transfer to the beneficiary bank account.
Note: The candidate is able to take the benefit of this scheme only for a period of two years.
Educational Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
There are some necessary eligibility criteria for Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal scheme that is mentioned below:
- Residential proof: The benefits of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal scheme are available only for the youths of Rajasthan state. If anyone wants to apply for this scheme then he must have resident proof from Rajasthan. The candidate must have a legal residential certificate at the time of registration. The other state students as well as who are living in Rajasthan state but are not officially from the state are also not eligible to take benefit of this scheme.
- Age Criteria: The age for the General category candidates is between 21 to 30 years. And the age for females of SC, ST, and PWD candidates is between 21 to 35 years.
- To show the proof of the age the candidate has to attach the 10th class admit card with the application form.
- If any candidate has a college degree from any other state but has resident proof of Rajasthan state then the candidate is eligible for the benefits of this scheme.
- If a woman is married to the resident of Rajasthan, then she is also eligible for this scheme.
- The motive of this scheme is to provide help to the 1.6 lakh unemployed youth of the state. And this help is applicable for 2 years time period.
- And if the number of applicants exceeded the limit then the priority will be given to the candidate who has registered older.
Government schools only
According to guidelines approved by the Rajasthan Government, then-candidate who is applying for the scheme must be studied in Government schools as well as colleges of the state. At the time of registration relevant admission papers also needed to submit.
Income-related criterion
The benefit of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal scheme is only for those candidates whose family income is less than Rs 2 Lakh per annual. The income certificate is necessary to show at the time of registration as income proof.
Professional requirement
The candidates have to submit their pertinent documents that will prove their unemployment status. Only candidates who are graduate and unemployed are eligible for the help given under this scheme. If the candidate is associated with any private business or doing a job then he or she will not get the unemployment help.
Registration in employment exchange
Candidates who are eligible for the scheme have to register with the district employment exchange office. At the time when the candidate is applying for the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal scheme must have registered at least with the district employment exchange office. The candidates need to renew the details to take the benefit of the unemployment exchange card.
Only for two candidates per family
The eligible candidates under this scheme are only 2 from a family.
Cannot be beneficiaries from other schemes
The applicant who is taking benefit of this scheme is not able to take the financial benefit of other states or central government schemes. If anyone is getting benefits from another scheme then he is not eligible to apply under this scheme.
Former jobless stipend scheme
In the year 2009, the government of Rajasthan started the Akshat Kaushal Scheme for unemployed youth. If the candidate is already getting the benefit from this scheme then he or she cannot eligible to apply for Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana.
No criminal records of applicant
The candidate who is applying for this scheme must take care that he or she should not have any criminal records. The government will do inquiry before giving the benefits of Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana.
Account details
The government will ask bank account details at the time of registration to transfer the amount to the beneficiary account. Candidates must have to submit their account number, bank and branch name, IFSC code.
Documents Needed for Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana
The required documents that the candidates have to submit at the time of the registration are given below:
- Photocopy 10th class mark sheet.
- Income certificate to prove that income is less than 2 lakh.
- Graduation certificate of the candidate.
- PAN, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter Identity Card, etc. needed for Identity Proof.
- For the address proof any one document from Aadhaar, Passport, Utility bill, Property tax bill, etc.
- Bank account details and copy of bank passbook.
- The candidate should not a defaulter of any bank.
Online Application Process
Before applying for the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana the candidate has to register the name on the employment bank. To register there are easy steps that are mentioned below:
1. At first, the candidate will need to register for the scheme has to go to the portal of the Department of Skills employment and entrepreneurship.
2. Now the candidates have to click on the new user to start the application process.
3. Now click on the login button that is displayed on the webpage of the official portal.
4. Now the candidate has to enter all the asked details correctly.
5. Now the candidates have to enter all the required details in the application form.
6. Now upload all the documents that are necessary to submit your application form.
7. After filling all the details into the application form an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
8. Now to submit your application form click on the Register button.
9. After the successful completion, a password will be sent to your registered mail id that will be used for login in the future.
Offline Registration Process
If the candidate does not have access to the Internet then he can easily apply for this scheme offline. To fill the form offline the candidates have to visit the Employment department Rajasthan. Then the candidates have to fill all the required details in the application form and attach all the required documents with the application form. After completing all the details submit your application form to the concerned official. The concerned official will update all the details for the application request further.
How to check Allowance Status for the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana Rajasthan Unemployment?
1. To check the allowance statutes the candidates have to visit the Rajasthan Government Livelihood page initially http://www.employment.livelihoods.rajasthan.gov.in/Reports/.
2. Now the applicant will be asked to enter the registration code and birth date.
3. After entering the registration code and birth date click on the search button.
4. After clicking on the search button the status of the application will appear on your screen.
