Kanya Sumangla Yojana is started by the UP government for the girls of its state. The scheme is started especially for the development of girl children as well as for their social security. The scheme was launched in the year 2019 as was implemented from the 1st of April. This scheme main motive is to remove all the barriers of safety and protection, education as well as the health of girl children.

MKSY is a scheme that provides cash to the girl child and her family for financial support. This entire process is completed under different stages. The scheme works in 6 stages in the state. Stages of Implementation of the Scheme

Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana Scheme is started in six different stages. Here all the stages are explained.

Stage 1

This is the initial and first stage of the scheme. According to this stage, the girl child who is born on 1st April 2019 or after that will be given 2000rs one time. If you want to take benefit of this stage you have to register within the six months of a child born.

  • Attach a photo of the girl child with the applicant
  • Affidavit in the same format that was prescribed 
  • Birth certificate of girl child

Stage 2

In this stage, if the girl child is born on or after 1st April 2018 and received full immunization then the family will be provided Rs. 1000 one time. For this benefit, the age of girl children should not more than 2 years.

  • Attach a photo of the girl child with the applicant
  • Affidavit in the same format that was prescribed 
  • Immunization card

Stage 3

In this stage the family of a girl children who have registered is class 1st during the current year is benefited with Rs. 2000 one time. For this, the age of girl child must be 3+ years.

  • Affidavit in the same format that was prescribed 
  • Admission certificate of a girl in class 1st 
  • Scanned copy of girl child’s Aadhaar card 

Stage 4

In this stage, the girl child has to enroll in class 4th in the current year and will be benefited Rs. 2000 one time. For this benefit, the age of a girl child should be 7 years or more than 7 years. The application form for this stage must be submitted till 31st July of the current year.

  • Admission Certificate of girl child in class 4th 
  • Scanned copy of Aadhaar card 

Stage 5

In this stage, the girl can benefit who have enrolled in class 9thin the current year. The family of the girl child will be benefited Rs. 3000 One Time. The age of girl children should be greater than 10 years. For this stage application form should be submitted till 30th September of the current year or within the 45 days of the last date of admission.

Stage 6

This is the last stage of the scheme and under this stage; the beneficiary who has cleared class 10th or 12th and enrolled into a degree or any diploma of at least 2 years in the current year is benefited with Rs. 5000 one time.  The age of girl child must be 12+ years and the application form for this benefit should be submitted till 30th September of the current year.

Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana

Before applying for the scheme just study all eligibility requirements first.

  • The first and main point is that the family of the girl child must be from Uttar Pradesh state. 
  • The family should proof of residence as well as Ration Card/ Voter ID/ Aadhar Card also be treated as valid.
  • The annual income of the girl child family is not more than three lakhs.
  • The family of the girl child has only two children.
  • The maximum limit of beneficiary from one family is 2 under this scheme.
  • If women have twins then the family has 3rd child also eligible for the benefit of this scheme.
  • If a family has adopted any girl child then the maximum beneficiary from that family can be 2 including the biological child as well as the adopted one.

You can submit the form online for UP Kanya Sumangla Yojana. If someone is not able to apply online then he can apply offline also.

Offline Application Form

Who are not able to access the internet and fill the form online can easily apply offline. For the offline registration for the scheme one should need to submit their form at the office of Block Development Officer, SDM, Probation Officer, Deputy Chief Probation Officer, etc. there is no cost or fee for the offline application form. You can get form free of cost from any nearby offices.

The beneficiary family has to submit all the required documents to complete the process of registration. The filled form will be forwarded to District Probation Officer by the concerned officer. The DPO will fill all the information online that was submitted by you offline.

  • The forms for the UP Kanya Sumangla Yojana are submitted online through the official portal of the scheme. Before applying for this scheme one must check terms and conditions.

  • Applicants have to provide a valid mobile no. when they are registering as well as an application for further insinuation. 

  • In ant condition, if the information or document provided by the applicant found incorrect, the application form will be rejected at that time.

  • In case someone is filling the form for the same girl child again then all the applications will be rejected.

  • The support will be provided to the family when all the documents are verified.

  • When all the documents are verified and all the terms and conditions meet, applicants can continue further.
