The AP Housing scheme provides financial help to the rural and urban people in the form of housing loans. They help them in the following ways:-

  • The beneficiaries of the rural scheme are sanctioned to a subsidy of Rs 2.5 Lakh.
  • The beneficiaries of the urban programme are approved to a subsidy of Rs 1.5 Lakh.
  • The beneficiaries belong from SC or ST segments are sanctioned to an additional subsidy of Rs. 50,000.

  • An individual must be from Andhra Pradesh.
  • A person should have a BPL card or ration card
