Overview

Under the Government of Bihar, The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has opened the online applications for the post of Junior Engineers(JE). A total of 6,379 vacancies are open for the eligible and interested candidates via the direct selection in several technical and non-technical streams. 

The application process started on 6th February 2021, and the last date of submission of the application form will be 17th February 2021.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

  • The minimum age to be eligible for the post under BTSC JE recruitment is 18 years
  • The maximum age limit to be eligible for the post under BTSC JE recruitment is 37 years

Educational Qualifications

To be eligible for the post under BTSC JE recruitment, the candidates must have a Diploma in the necessary engineering field from a recognized University or Institution.

Application Fee

  • The application fee for the candidates of General/EWS/BC categories will be Rs. 200
  • The application fee for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC categories and the women candidates will be Rs. 50 

Selection And Pay Scale

For the process of selection, a written test and interview will be conducted for all the eligible candidates.

The candidates who will be selected as Junior Engineers will be paid compensation between Rs. 20,000- Rs. 50,000 per month. 

Application Process

  • To apply for the post of Junior Engineer in BTSC, the candidates must register and fill in the application forms by visiting the official website of BTSC.
  • The last date for the same will be 17th February 2021.

Admit Card

The admit card will be available in the online mode on the official website of BTSC.

Result

  • To download the BTSC JE examination result 2021, the candidates will have to visit the official website of BTSC, i.e. pariksha.nic.in.
  • Once you are on the website, click on the "Miscellaneous" option. Then, you will have to select the "Recruitment" option. 
  • Once done, search for BTSC JE and then download your Result PDF, search your roll number and check your result!
  • You will also be given the option to download your result.
