Educational Qualification

The candidate must have full-time B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.C.A. and B.B.A. in regular mode from any recognized University duly approved by UGC with minimum 55% in the final year.

Pay Scale

The selected candidates will be paid a fixed payment for first year INR 17,500/-. The Incremental Remuneration for 2nd year to 5th year will be as per the rules. There will be no extra allowance or reimbursement will be admissible except Reimbursement of TA/DA as per the GSO-332 dated on 03/02/2003.

Syllabus

The exam will be conducted online, and there will be multiple choice questions from the below subjects:

  • English Language
  • Maths & General Science
  • Analytic & Logical Reasoning 
  • Computer knowledge
  • Gujarati Language

Application Fees

  • UR, SEBC & EWS candidate: INR 500
  • ST & SC candidates: INR 250
  • If PWD (Persons with Disability) candidate belongs to SC or ST category and fulfils the criteria, fees payable shall be Rs.250/-
  • Candidate has to pay application fees On-line through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.  
  • The candidate shall bear bank charges.
  • Application fee once paid shall not be refunded or shall not be adjusted in any subsequent Recruitment Process, under any circumstances. 
  • No other mode of payment, i.e., Demand Draft, Money Order, Postal Order, Cheque etc. is acceptable.

Documents Needed

  • Online application form with two recent passport size photos must be attached to the application form.
  • Self Attested copy of: 
  • School Leaving Certificate, Mark sheets Graduation or the last two Semesters of Graduation, Certificate issued by College or University, Certificate from the Institute or University with the percentage mark secured in case there is grading system is in place, Degree Certificate and Caste Certificate, EWS Certificate and Disability Certificate.
  • Valid Caste Certificate of the Reserved category of Gujarat State will only be considered. 
  • In the case of SEBC candidates, Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued in Gujarati by the Competent Authority of Gujarat State will be preferred.
  • If the candidate belongs to EWS category, submit valid as per resolution No.E.W.S./122019/45903/A Dtd.23.01.19 & Dtd.25.01.19 as per the prescribed format Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Gujarat.
  • If the Persons with Disabilities Candidates, then Valid Certificate is needed from Civil Surgeon required, which shows the percentage of Disability.
  • If the applicant belongs to Ex. Armed force Personnel then essential certificates must be attached. 
  • In case of Dependent of Retired Employee, Relieving Order or Certificate issued to the employee should be attached.
  • If the candidate is a widow, then a copy of the death certificate of the departed husband must be attached.
  • NOC from the current employer is needed.
  • Domicile certificate. 
  • Receipt of the Online fee payment. 
  • Identification Proof such as Pan Card/Voter ID/ Aadhar Card/Driving License etc.
