Deputy Commissioner: The candidate must have served in the Regional Transport Officer cadre for at least three years.
Assistant Regional Transport Officer: The candidate must have served in the cadre of Senior Inspector of Motor Vehicles for at least three years.
Senior Inspector: The candidate must have served in the cadre of Inspector of Motor Vehicles for at least five years.
Assistant Secretary: The candidate must have served in the Superintendent cadre for at least three years.
Superintendent: The candidate must have served in the First Division Assistant or Stenographer cadre for at least five years.
