Step 1: Go to the official website of Uttar Pradesh Parivar Register.

Step 2: Choose the "New User Registration" option on the homepage. 

Step 3: The application form tab will be displayed on the screen. 

Step 4: Complete the information required (Mention all the details such as Login ID Name of applicant, Date of birth, Residential address, District, Mobile number, Captcha code.)

Step 5: Click the "Protect" button after you have entered all the required details.

Step 6: You now have to enter the required information, including your name, password, secure code etc., in the login on the home page and then click the Submit button.

Step 7: You will see a login form on your homepage, which you need to enter your password, OTP, name of the user, security code and more. You will then have to click the send button.

Step 10: The request form is now displayed on the screen.

Step 11: You must enter the information you are requesting, like your name, address, telephone and district, and upload all the relevant documents into this form.
