Overview

  • People living in Haryana villages will now be able to virtually lodge complaints and give suggestions to the state government after chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar launched an online portal ‘Gram Darshan’ on 23 July 2021. The portal -gramdarshan.haryana.gov.in has been developed to ensure direct and active participation of villagers in development works.
  • 6198-gram panchayats of the state have been connected on Haryana Gram Darshan Portal, information about government work, schemes will be uploaded in all the gram panchayats added on this portal. This portal started by the government is going to prove to be a very useful portal for the common citizen of every district of the state

About the portal

Haryana gram darshan Portal has been started by the Haryana Government in the state. All types of facilities will be provided to the citizens of the state under the portal. Complete data of 6197-gram panchayats of Haryana will be available on this portal. The villagers would now be able to directly submit online demands or complaints and suggestions related to development works to the government on the online portal Gram Darshan https://gramdarshan.haryana.gov.in/ for suggestions and complaints related to development works of villages.

Know the Purpose

  • The main vision of Gram Darshan Portal Haryana is to make all government services accessible to common citizens through the websites of Gram Panchayats and ensure efficiency, transparency, and reliability of all such services to meet their basic needs. The complaints made by the villagers on the portal would be linked with CM Window so that there is no duplication of complaints. An individual will be able to file a complaint/suggestion on the portal only in respect of the village of his permanent residence.
  • The applicant must state his point of view in at least 50 characters while registering the complaint/suggestion on the Gram Darshan portal. This portal will have detailed information about all government schemes. Information related to Sarpanch, Village Secretary, etc. will also be there on the website of each Gram Panchayat. Apart from this, the property details will also be uploaded to this website.

  • This portal was announced by Haryana Government on 2nd October 2020.

  • The ‘Gram Darshan’ website will provide necessary information to the villagers with just one click.

  • Complete digital records of all Gram Panchayats of Haryana will be stored on Haryana Gram Darshan Portal.

  • An individual will be able to file a complaint or suggestion only related to the village of his permanent residence recorded in the ‘Parivar Pehchan Patra’.

  • After the suggestion or complaint is registered on the portal, updated information about the action taken will be given to the person from time to time through text messages.

  • The applicant has to sum up the suggestion or complaint in at least 50 characters. The individual who has been issued ‘Parivar Pehchan Patra’ will be able to file a complaint on the portal.

  • Haryana Gram Darshan Portal was started by Haryana Government on 2nd October 2020. The complete digital record of 6197-gram panchayats of Haryana will be stored on this portal. With the official launch, details of completed, ongoing and required development projects of every village in Haryana will be digitally available.

  • The list of necessary works to be done in the Gram Panchayat will also be available on this portal. Anyone sitting anywhere in the world will be able to see the details of Gram Panchayats.

Every panchayat website would display details of the following things at their respective homepages:- 

  • Elected representatives

  • List of public assets

  • Details of assets already created

  • Details of assets being created

  • Financial assets details such as fixed deposits

  • Committed expenses such as salaries

Complaints to be raised

Stating that the priority of the government is to redress the grievances of people, Khattar said the complaints registered on the ‘Gram Darshan’ portal will be linked with ‘CM Window’ to cut the chances of repetition of complaints. The portal will also be linked with the ‘Jan Sahayak’ app.

Gram Darshan Scheme aims at making accessible data of 6,197-gram panchayats of the state just a click away. This is a step forward towards the complete digitization of villages. This is to be done by uploading the entire records of all development activities of villages as well as of various government departments on a single digital platform. On 23 July 2021, the Gram Darshan online portal was started by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar. Through which citizens living in villages of Haryana can register their complaints. How to register demand/suggestion/complaint in the interest of your village?

  • Step 1- Visit the Official Website of Haryana Gram Darshan Portal i.e. gramdarshan.haryana.gov.in.

  • Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option “ Click here to make demand/suggestion/complaint in the interest of your village ” link.

  • Step 3- The New Window page will be displayed on the screen for Gram Panchayat Selection.

 

  • Step 4- Now, you have to select your district, block, and gram panchayat.

  • Step 5- Now you have to click on the proceed option.

  • Step 6- After this, you will have to enter the Family ID of your family identity card. 

If your Family Identity Card (PPP) has not been made then go to your nearest CSC center or click here for more information on applying for PPP  

  • Step 7- Now you have to click on the proceed option.

  • Step 8- After this, you have to enter your demand/suggestion/complaint in a minimum of 50 words.

  • Step 9- After that, you have to click on the submit option.

This way you will be able to register your demand/suggestion/complaint.

  • Step 2- On the Homepage, you have to click on the option of public representative login. 

    • Now the following options will be shown in the menu section.

  • Step 3- You have to click on the option as per your need.

  • Step 4- After this, a new page will be displayed on the web browser.

  • Step 5- You have to enter your mobile number on this page.

  • Step 6- Now you have to click on the option of Send OTP.

  • Step 7- After this, you have to enter the OTP in the OTP box.

  • Step 8- Now you have to click on the login option.

  • Step 9- In this way, you will be able to log in to the representative.

How to follow the Department login process?

  • Step 2- On the Homepage, you have to click on the department login option.

  • Step 3- After that, you have to select the department.

  • Step 4- Now you have to enter the password and captcha code.
