How to apply for tnreginet registration?

  • Visit Tnreginet's official web portal tnreginet.gov.in.

  • Go to the registration option on the home page, and a drop-down list will appear on the computer. 

  • Select Registration -> User Registration on the home page.  

  • Create an account and fill in the form's information, such as user type, user name, and so on. 

  • To register in the tnreginet form, check the password hint, enter a password, and confirm the password to validate it, then choose a security query.

  • Name, gender, identification type, identification number, email address, date of birth, mobile number, and other personal information are required. 

  • You will receive a one-time password (OTP) in your registered mobile number after entering an address and completing the authentication captcha code. 

  • Fill in the OTP and click "Complete Registration" to finish the process. 

  • You have now successfully registered in the tnreginet net portaL system.

  • Your online registration on the TNREGINET Portal is complete.

How to apply for encumbrance certificate?

  • Go to Tnreginet's official website tnreginet.gov.in

  • If you haven't already done so, create an account on the web.

  • Use your username, password, and code to log in. 

  • Go to the “Encumbrance Certificate” option after clicking the Sign-in option. 

  • Next, select the “Apply Online” option.

If you want to find your encumbrance certificate, follow these steps:-

Step 1: The first step is to go to the State's Registration and Stamps Department's official website tnreginet.gov.in.

Step 2: Next, navigate to the services section.' 

Step 3: Choose ‘Encumbrance Search‘ from the drop-down menu (EC). 

Step 4: A new page will appear on your screen; carefully read the instructions.
