The scheme aims to provide houses to the people of Low-Income groups and weaker sections of society. 

Who can apply?

  • Permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh can apply. The aphousing corporation will see the Scheme.  Urban people with an annual income level of Rs.1,44,000 and rural people with an annual income below Rs.1,20,000 are eligible for this scheme.
  • People with the BPL ration cards are entitled to apply for this scheme.
  • The applicant’s electric consuming status should be less than 300 units per month.
