How to check Chhattisgarh land records?

You can view your land records via P-I or B-II. This you will have to select on the online request form to view the Chhattisgarh land records. B-II gives Khasra information whereas the P-I provides Khatauni details.

There is also a facility to view the map of the land along with P-II and B-I details. You can get access to a full map report of your land on Bhuiyan.

  1. Go to the official CG Bhuiyan website or you can directly click on the official link here - http://bhuiyan.cg.nic.in/ 

  2. Then on the home page of the CG Bhuiyan portal click on the "Nagrik Suvidha” option.

  3. You will find this option on the right side of the screen.

  4. Once you click on the Nagrik Suvidha tab then select Khasra Vivran option.

  5. After you click on it, you will be redirected to another page.

  6. On this new screen, you will be asked to enter your district, tehsil and village name.

  7. Then select the Khasra Var tab. 

  8. Now you will be able to view all the details of the landowner as well as land records.

How to download digitally signed copies of Chhattisgarh land records

To download the digitally signed copies of P-II and B-I land records follow the steps as mentioned below:

  1. Visit the official Chhattisgarh Bhuiyan website from the link here - http://bhuiyan.cg.nic.in/

  2. Then click on the Nagrik Suvidha option available on the right side of the screen.

  3. Now select the option “digitally signed B-I/P-II application”.

  4. Now you will be prompted to choose the village name or village numv=ber.

  5. All the information will be available once you enter the village name.

  6. In case you wish to proceed by entering the village number then you will also have to enter details like Khasra, mobile number, email id and name to view the land records.

  7. Finally, click on "Report". Once all the information is displayed on the screen, click on the "Printout" option at the bottom.
