NVS Class 6 Admission 2021 Eligibility

  • Before applying for Navodaya admission 2021, students should know the JNVST class 6 eligibility criteria and ensure that they are fulfilling them. If NVS finds any student ineligible for Jnv admission 2021 class 6, then his/her application can be rejected.
  • The student should be born on or after May 1, 2008, and on or before April 30, 2012.
  • Students can appear in the JNV selection test one time only. So, if anyone has applied for Navodaya.gov.in admission in the earlier years, he/she is not eligible for NVS admission 2021 class 6.
  • Students can apply for Navodaya Class 6 admission 2021 at the JNVs located in their district.

NVST Registration Process for NVS Admission Class 6 & 9

After the JNVST Result, parents or guardians of selected students can follow the below procedure for admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya or JNV, it is mainly divided into three stages:

  • Filling of Admission Format: First, the admission format must be filled. It will contain the details like Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, etc.

  • Submission of Admission Format: After filling the admission format, the Jnv admission format has to be submitted to the principal of the concerned JNV.

  • Submission of Certificates: Rural category, OBC, SC, ST, and Disability Certificates from the competent authority (if applicable) are to be submitted to the JNV.

VS Admission 2020 For Class 11

  • Earlier, NVS Admission 2020 Notification has been released through which the Class 11 Admission will be facilitated to fill up the vacant seats in JNVs.
  • Candidates should fill the application form the official website of NVS i.e. navodaya.gov.in. The application process started on August 13, 2020, and the last date to apply was August 31, 2020.

NVS Admission Class 11 Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class X from a recognized school (affiliated to CBSE or any other State Education/other recognized Board) of the State where the JNV is located during the academic session 2019-20.

  • Date of Birth: Between 1st June 2002 to 31st May 2006 (both days inclusive). This applies to all categories (SC and ST category as well).

  • Selection of Students will be done as per the following steps:

  • A district-wise merit list will be prepared and students will be selected against the vacancies.

  • After the district level, a state-wise merit list will be prepared at the State level based on the option selected by the candidate.

  • If the selected candidate does not join even after selection, then again the vacant seats will be filled from the State-wise merit list.

  • The selected student will be informed by the Principal of the concerned JNV by SMS/Speed Post.

Students/Parents must follow the given steps to submit the Navodaya Class 6 admission 2021 form without any error-

  • Visit the official website: cbseitms.in/nvsregn/index.aspx or click the above link given in the first paragraph to access the Navodaya 6th Class admission form 2021.

  • A new page will open on the screen. Click on the link of JNVST Class 6 registration 2021 link as shown in the following image:

  • On the next page, click on the check box of 'Have you read the prospectus' if the prospectus has been read thoroughly and click on the 'Proceed' button and it will lead to Navodaya Class 6 admission 2021 form.

  • In the first section, students need to enter personal details:

  • Class 5 school details: State, district, block, school name

What is the Navodaya Class 6 Admission 2021 Exam Pattern

Knowing the JNVST class 6 exam pattern will give insight into the number of questions asked on each topic, marks awarded, and the duration of the exam.

NVS Class 6 admission 2021 will be conducted for 2 hours from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Additional 30 minutes will be given to '“Divyang students or differently-abled students.
