First, go to the National Scholarship Portal's official website https://scholarships.gov.in/ or Bihar govt website according to the Bihar scholarship you wish to apply to.
The website's home page will appear on your screen.
On the homepage, go to the navigation bar and select "State Schemes."
Choose your state of residence.
