Steps to Pay for a Driver's License or a Learner's Licence Fee Online:
Step 1: To begin, go to https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/.
Step 2: Select "Online Services" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: From the drop-down box, choose "Driving Licence Related Services."
Step 4: From the drop-down menu, choose a specific state.
Step 5: On the top right, click "Fee Payment."
Step 6: From the drop-down menu, select the “Fee Payment” option.
Step 7: Read the "Instructions for making an online payment for LL/DL applicants."
Step 8: Select "Proceed."
Step 9: Complete the form and click the "Click here to calculate fee" button.
Step 10: After all of the information has been generated, select "Bank / Gateway / Treasury" from the drop-down menu.
Step 11: Fill in the verification code.
Step 12: To complete the payment, select "Pay Later" or "Pay Now."
