The income tax agency issues a PAN, which is a unique 10-digit alphanumeric number. PAN Card is now available for download. It's now also available in digital format. An e-PAN card is a digital version of a PAN card that can be used for e-verification.
The NSDL or UTIITSL portals are used to apply for an e-PAN. An Aadhaar card can also be used to obtain an instant PAN. You can use any of these methods to download pan card online.
The e-PAN card contains the following information on the cardholder:

Let's go over the steps for e PAN card download through NSDL, UTIITSL, and the income tax e-filing portal in detail.
NSDL Pan card download
The download e-PAN card function on the NSDL portal is divided into two categories: PANs issued within the last 30 days and PANs issued more than 30 days ago. The processes for downloading the e-PAN card in both ways are outlined below–
E Pan card download (for PANs issued within the last 30 days)–
Visit https://www.tin-nsdl.com/ for more information.
Select ‘Download e-PAN card' from the drop-down menu (For PAN allotted in last 30 days).
Fill out the Acknowledgement Number and Captcha Code fields.
Click the 'Submit button.
To obtain an OTP, choose one of the three options below:
e-mail address; or
or a phone number
Both
To receive an OTP, choose one of the options and click ‘Generate OTP.'
The OTP will be sent to the address specified in the selection.
Click ‘Validate' after entering the OTP.
Click ‘Download PDF' after successful validation.
The password for the PDF file you just downloaded is your date of birth/date of incorporation / date of formation
E Pan card download (applicable to PANs issued more than 30 days ago)
Visit https://www.tin-nsdl.com/ for more information.
Select ‘Download e-PAN card' from the drop-down menu (For PAN allotted older or more than in last 30 days).
The following information must be provided:
PAN;
The month and year of your birth;
GSTN (if desired); and
Click ‘Submit' after filling in the above information.
The e-PAN card can be downloaded by clicking the ‘Submit' button.
E Pan card download UTIITSL Portal
PAN applicants can now download their e-PAN card directly from the UTIITSL website, which stands for UTI Infrastructure Technology And Service Limited. Only the following PAN applicants can use UTIITSL to get their e-PAN card:
Those who have applied for a new PAN through UTIITSL; or those who have applied for a PAN renewal through UTIITSL.
Those who have applied through UTIITSL for the most recent PAN revisions, corrections, or updates; or
The person who had previously registered with the Income Tax Department a legitimate and active mobile number or e-mail ID with their PAN record.
If the applicant meets the conditions for downloading the e-PAN card through UTIITSL, he must take the following steps:
Visit https://www.myutiitsl.com/PAN ONLINE/ePANCard for further information.
Please provide the following information:
PAN card number;
Date of birth/date of incorporation/date of agreement/date of partnership or trust deed/date of formation of BOI/date of AOP in the format asked.
(Optional) GSTIN number;
Fill in the Captcha.
Click ‘Submit' after filling in the above information.
The link will be given to the registered mobile number via SMS and/or e-mail ID upon successful submission.
The applicant must click on the link after receiving it, and then use the OTP received on their mobile/email ID to download the e-PAN card.
It is crucial to remember that free e pan card download is only available if the e-PAN card was issued within the last month on a new PAN application or a change/correction request. In all other cases, the applicant who wishes to obtain an e-PAN through UTIITSL must pay an online fee of INR 8.26 for each download of an e-PAN card.
Duplicate pan card download through aadhar card
Obtain a duplicate PAN card by using your Aadhaar card.
You can download a duplicate PAN card using your Aadhaar card from the NSDL. You can request a duplicate PAN card using your Aadhaar card by following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Income Tax Department's official TIN-NSDL website at https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html.
Step 2: Enter the required information, such as your PAN, Aadhaar number, date of birth, and GSTIN, into the form (optional).
Step 3: Select the box next to the "Terms and Conditions" statement.
Step 4: In the designated field, enter the Captcha code.
Step 5: To continue, click the 'Submit button.
Step 6: You will be sent to a new web page where you can scroll down and choose to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered contact information (email ID and mobile phone number).
Step 7: Create an OTP and enter it in the appropriate section.
Step 8: To submit your request for the issuance of a duplicate Aadhaar card, click the ‘Validate' option.
