• B.Tech Regular and B.Tech (Lateral) admissions are based on the score in Entrance Test conducted by HPU and merit respectively.

• For M.Tech in Computer Science, the candidate must pass in Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Grade point, in Mathematics / Physics / Electronics / MCA / Computer Science / Information Technology or 4-years Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology.

• Candidates applying for the Master’s degree are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in the respective subject with a minimum of 50% marks. (45% marks for certain courses).

• HPU conducts an Entrance Exam to offer admission in LL.M, M.Sc., MCA, M.Tech., MMC, MA (English, Social work, Sociology), and postgraduate diploma courses.

• Candidates applying to M.Phil and Ph.D. courses require a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the relevant field of study. Seats to the M.Phil and Ph.D. course will be allotted based on performance in an entrance test conducted by HPU subject to availability of the course.

• Admission to MTA, MA (all specializations except for English, Social Work, and sociology) and Master’s Degree in Rural Development courses is entirely merit-based.

• MBA seats will be allotted based on performance in HPU MAT followed by group discussion and personal interview rounds.

Details to be filled in HPU B.Ed 2021 Application form 

The candidates will have to below mention details in the form to complete the registration process:

• Details of the valid Identity Document (ID) (This ID proof, in original, should be carried by the candidate to the examination hall).

• Name of the Course

• Address for communication (including PIN code).

• College name and address with PIN code.

• Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.).

Guidelines to upload the Documents

• The candidates must upload the required documents in the prescribed format only:

• Must be taken in full face.

• Must be of a size of 100 kb.

• Scanned copy of candidate’s signature 

• Should be of the maximum size of 100 kb. 

• Scanned copy of candidate’s recent photograph

• Should have no shadows and red eyes.

• Photo form should be *.jpeg, jpg.

How is the Students Login done?

• Students must register themselves by giving mandatory credentials on screen. After filling the registration form, students must take the print of the form and mail it to the University of HP.

• And Click on the Student option and view it on the fresh tab.

• Log in to the page by providing the User name and Password. And complete the verification process by entering the captcha code. 

• Hit on the Login button and access the student's page and get results and other information.

• If you forgot the Username or password, you need to click on the link of Forgot password and recover your username or password.

How is College Registration done?

Colleges can see the information of the students by registering the HPU College Page. The Colleges must verify every student’s details and submit them to the University via Mail. The Process to register the Colleges are listed below.

• First, the Colleges must visit the HPU University website i.e. www.hpuniv.co.in.

• Hit on the College Option. and scroll down the page and hit on the Continue Option.

• Then, Select Institute / College, Data Entry Operator Type, Subjects, and Course.

• Enter Name, Mobile Number, Email, Date of Birth, User name, and Password. 

• After entering the details, the Colleges must hit on the register button.

How is the process of University Registration done?

University will check the students’ details and data online. Once University completes the verification, Students can download the admit cards from the HPU portal. The University registration process is given below.

• University must visit the HPU website i.e. www.hpuniv.co.in.

• Click on the link of the University and open up it on the new page.

• Click on University

• Select Institute / College and enter Full name, Mobile Number, DOB, User name, and Password. 

• Hit on the register button

• Then, Click on the register button and log in to the University page by using the same username and password.
