Recently Punjab State Government has launched the Labour Card Scheme in the state for of course the welfare of the labourers who have been residing in the state. The primary aim of the scheme is to offer the Labour Card to state citizens.   • Cycle Scheme for Children of Construction Workers: The scheme covers the one free cycle for children of registered construction workers who are studying in 9th to 12th grade in the state of Punjab.

  • Stipend Scheme:  Rs 3,000 to Rs 70,000 per annum for first class to degree courses. It is also applicable for children of registered construction workers

  • Funeral Assistance Scheme: This scheme covers the financial aid of Rs. 20,000 / –for funeral and funeral expenses in the state of Punjab once the registered construction worker or his family member dies.

  • Financial aid of Rs. 20,000 / – annually of construction workers for the care of mentally challenged or disabled children.

  • Visit the Official Portal of BOCW Punjab Portal https://bocw.punjab.gov.in/.

  • Once you are at the home page, click on the Download Registration Card Login 

  • You will then be redirected to the online user page  

  • Enter the Registration Number and Captcha Code.

  • Check Box of Remember Me must be clicked 

  • Hit the Sign in Button.

  • Now go to the home page to download the Download ID Card Login

  • Be on the login page and Enter the Registration Number and Captcha Code

  • You will get an OTP on the registered mobile number

  • Enter the OTP for verification and hit the confirm button.
